Bruce brings more than 35 years of experience in professional benefits, investment and retirement plan design and implementation to his position. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (MBA), Bruce consults with employers and individual investors on a national and international basis about retirement and benefit plans. He is also a sought-after presenter for seminars to associations and industry groups. His heart for the message of biblical financial stewardship began when Bruce became aware of the considerable need missionaries faced for adequate finances for their later years. Bethany B. Bethany brings more than 25 years experience in retirement plan design and implementation to her position. A graduate of Westmont College, Bethany’s passion for ministry began when she recognized that pastors need solid retirement planning counsel. Her experience counseling thousands of individual investors provides the foundation for understanding how to design and deliver high-impact retirement plans. As President & Co-Founder, Bethany’s responsibility is to oversee and direct all sales and service activities at Envoy. Dave B. McHenryManager, TPA Services
From implementing new plans to annual reviews to providing on-going service to Employers, Dave oversees a team committed to providing outstanding service to the leadership of the 650 organizations we serve. Dave’s years of operations experience in both manufacturing and service environments has helped him to implement service standards for his department. Dave recently completed the ASPAA and CRS Certifications to further enhance his knowledge of the financial issues facing plan sponsors today. Alan P. MockManager, Recordkeeping Services
As Director of Recordkeeping, Alan leads the team responsible for Envoy’s daily valuation platform. Recordkeeping services include all activities related to maintaining participant account balances, including processing contributions and distributions, trading, preparation of account statements, and numerous other responsibilities. Alan has served Plan Sponsors and Participants of large and small retirement plans of all types for over 30 years as an Actuarial Analyst, TPA, Consultant, and Recordkeeper. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Auburn University, a Master’s degree in Education from Georgia State University, and is approved by the IRS as an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA). Doug comes to Envoy Securities, LLC after serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Lincoln Investment Planning, a Broker/Dealer specializing in the 403(b) market. Prior to working with Lincoln, Doug served as the CEO or COO of several midsize companies across a range of industries. He began his career working for seven years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Doug’s areas of expertise include strategy, operations and finance. He received his MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with very high honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Doug also earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in Physics from Randolph-Macon College. He holds a number of securities licenses, including the Series 7, 24, 27, 51 and 66. |
